Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly (name, email, payment details, order requirements), and information generated by using the service (order history, chat messages with boosters, support tickets, device and browser information).
- Account information: name, email, avatar, password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
- Order information: game, service selected, price, form responses, and any account credentials you choose to share for the duration of an order.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processors directly — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How we use your information
We use your information to create and manage your account, process and deliver orders, communicate order updates, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Sharing with boosters and sellers
Where an order requires it, we share the minimum information a booster or seller needs to complete the work — typically your display name and the order requirements. Boosters agree to their own confidentiality obligations as a condition of working on the platform.

Third-party services
We use third-party services to operate onit.gg, including payment processors, email delivery, and analytics. Each is bound by its own privacy terms and only receives the information it needs to perform its function.

Data retention
We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. You can request deletion of your account at any time; some order records may be retained where we're required to keep them.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain uses of it.

- Request a copy of your data or full account deletion by emailing us.
