Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using onit.gg, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from us. Where a parent or guardian purchases on behalf of a minor, the account holder remains responsible for the order.

The services we provide
onit.gg operates a marketplace for gaming services. Depending on the listing, an order may be fulfilled by our in-house team or by a verified partner booster, coach or seller.
- Boosting and rank-climbing services, delivered by verified players.
- Game accounts, items and in-game currencies sourced and verified by our team.
- Custom requests fulfilled by boosters who submit offers through the platform.

Your account and security
You are responsible for keeping your onit.gg login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at legal@onit.gg if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Where an order requires access to a game account, we ask only for the credentials strictly needed to complete it, and we recommend changing your password again once the order is finished.

Orders, pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. We may correct pricing errors before an order starts, and you will always be offered a full refund if a corrected price is not acceptable to you.
Orders begin only once payment has cleared. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, and are void where used in bad faith.

Delivery and timeframes
Estimated delivery times shown on a listing are estimates, not guarantees. Queue times, patch downtime, and publisher restrictions can extend delivery. If a delivery falls materially behind the estimate, contact support and we will either expedite the order or refund the undelivered portion.

Cancellations and refunds
Orders that have not started can be cancelled for a full refund. Orders already in progress are refunded pro rata for undelivered work if we cannot complete them. See the customer dashboard's Open Dispute flow to start a review.

Acceptable use
You agree not to use onit.gg to launder funds, to resell our services in breach of a publisher agreement, to harass our staff or partners, or to submit fraudulent chargebacks.
- No abusive, threatening or discriminatory conduct toward boosters, coaches or support staff.
- No attempts to scrape, reverse engineer or overload the platform.
- No use of stolen payment methods or stolen game accounts.

Publisher rules and risk
Game publishers set their own terms for their games. Some publishers prohibit account sharing, boosting or the sale of accounts and may penalise accounts they believe breach those rules. We take extensive precautions, but you accept that this residual risk exists and is outside our control.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, onit.gg is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of in-game progress, or loss of profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service and the law change. Material changes are announced on this page, and where you hold an active order, by email at least fourteen days before they take effect.
